MSSCL is a very professional, manpower-savvy, and efficient organization with a 3-decade-long glorious tradition of excellent management and discipline. It has more than 300 technically qualified and professional manpower to ensure the high standards of seed quality. Many of them hold professional qualifications from premier national and international institutes viz. University of Manitoba, Canada, Denmark, IIT, Kharagpur, SAUs like MPKV, Rahuri etc. The total strength of the permanent employees of the Corporation is 730 in various cadres.

MSSCL has imparted computer training to its staff involved in field and ministerial work for faster operations and uniform databases. It has undertaken massive computerization and interconnectivity via email and internet for faster information transfer and effective decision-making.
